Do you do credit checks?
Credit checks are not essential in obtaining a loan from Bad Credit Cash Loans. If you opt to get a check done when applying for your first loan, it will lower your interest rate, but it is not required.

Does my employer get contacted?
It can be hard to deal with cash emergencies and we appreciate your right to a no hassle instant cash loan. We do not need to contact your employer or a third party reference to approve this loan. However, if you want to qualify for a reduced interest rate, you can authorise us to do employer verification.

Will my cash loan be approved?
Bad Credit Cash Loans approves most applications, so please apply. Forget about your credit history and apply online now to get the process under way. We will not approve your application if you are currently bankrupt, under a summry instalment order or under a no asset procedure.

How can I get the cash?
Once your loan is approved it will be transferred to your bank account overnight or as little as 30 minutes (conditions apply - please refer to the loan application form for timing of funds to you and any fees involved).

How do I apply if I am a new customer?
Click Apply Now and you are on your way to receiving a Bad Credit Cash Loan. It is so simple. We will email you your loan agreement. This will need to be printed and completed and sent back to us with some supporting documents. It can either be faxed or emailed back. Once we have all the documents we will look to approve the loan as quickly as possible.

How do I apply if I am a returning customer?
When you get your first loan you will receive a customer number. All you need to get your next loan application going is that number – and as a returning customer you will be offered a discounted interest rate.

Are there any benefits from returning to get a second loan from Bad Credit Cash Loans?
The process is quicker, and return customers are offered a lower interest rate.

Can I apply if I am self employed?

Can I apply if I am on a benefit?
Unfortunately we cannot assist if you are only on a benefit as this is not considered a regular job. If you have a regular paid job as well as being on the benefit you will be eligible to apply.

What supporting documents are required with the application?
We need to see three months' worth of bank statements, proof of address and photo ID (passport or driver licence).

Can I change my repayment dates?
Payments are required the same day that your pay is deposited into your bank account. Provided you contact us at least 24 hours before your payment is due, we can look to amend the payments dates to suit your needs.

What happens if I default?
You need to read through your loan agreement which will include disclosure if all fees and other consequences should a default occur. Default fees will be added to your loan balance.

Can I repay early?
You can settle your loan whenever you want! You only pay interest for the number of days you have had the money, so repay as early as possible to save your hard earned cash.

How do I get my documents?
Once you have pre-qualified online your loan agreement will be emailed to you. Please open and print the .pdf attachments, complete and return by fax or email together with requested supporting documents to receive your payday loan. If you do not have a .pdf reader installed on your computer you can download it for free from www.adobe.com.

As a responsible lender, we are a member of an independent dispute resolution scheme operated by Financial Services Complaints Limited ("FSCL") and approved by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. If you are not satisfied by our response, you may refer the matter to FSCL by emailing info@fscl.org.nz or calling FSCL on 0800 347257. Full details of how to access the FSCL scheme can be obtained on their website www.fscl.org.nz. There is no cost to you to use the services of FSCL.
