Request lost customer or referral number

If you have lost your customer number or referral code please enter your email address which you used when you first applied. You will receive an email within 15 minutes.

Referral Code Give out your referral number to all your friends and work mates and earn $50 cash for each new client who creates an account with payday advance. 

 

- Cleared funds into your account overnight
(No fee applies but your signed loan documents and supporting information must be received by 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) otherwise payment may not occur until the following working day.)
- Cleared funds paid you bank account in 30 minutes following final approval, working days only between 9 am and 4.30 pm.
(A $15.00 fee applies to this option and is only available with the following banks: ASB, ANZ, National, BNZ, HSBC and Kiwibank)
 

Please note:
If you have selected payment by cleared funds into your bank account in 30 minutes and your bank account is with one of the above banks, then we undertake the responsibility to make payment to your bank account within 30 minutes of approving your loan application (normally payment occurs much faster than 30 minutes).

The above banks should promptly credit your account with the funds we have transferred. This may take a further 60 minutes or so from our transfer - but again often occurs sooner. Should you not receive your payment within 2 hours of us advising you we have approved your loan and made payment, please contact your bank.

We can not control the speed at which your bank credits you account with the cleared funds we provide them and we can not be responsible for things outside our control, for example technology problems or bank delays.

By selecting this option, you have agreed for us to contact your employer about your employment and authorise us to verify your personal details with your employer.
